We're coming close to selling our 1000th adapter in 2009, and we're very excited about this. Means, there's a lot of people out there using one of our Jag35 adapters. We were considering maybe doing a Jag35 film contest, so we can see what some our customers are capable of using the Jag35 adapters, let us know if you guys have any thoughts on this, maybe what would be a good incentive, to enter a Jag35 Film Contest, feel free to gives us your ideas by commenting on this post, we'll take all ideas into consideration.
Also, we decided to do a little something special for our 1000th adapter buyer, which is coming up real soon. We decided to give a full package, no matter what type of adapter you buy (Jag35ST, Jag35E or Jag35Pro) as long as it's the 1000th adapter. The prize package will include, the Jag35 Adapter of course, Support Rods system ($200) a D|Focus Follow Focus ($100) a Canon FD f1.8 Lens ($80) and a Lens Gear ($20), which is a $400 value all together.

I was doing some tests on the blog and it appears that there was some issues with the code and our blog wasn't accepting messages, thanks to you guys for letting us know there was something wrong, we would have never noticed!
Ok, I am down with the contest. I recommend having films no more than 1000 seconds long, to celebrate the 1000th sale. Then maybe have the films work in a plug line of jag35, or jag35 pro, in the dialouge somewhere (example: "what? you think your all bad now cause you got you jag35?")or have the product be part of the film.
ahh, man I could sign in before I left my name for the comment above, ti was me Abe
Im in. I think max time limit for them should be about 20 min.
Cause mine is 17 min :D
Im in!
ha! @jayshaffer suggest we call it the DOFFY or JAGGY awards!
Make sure to create a Vimeo group for the contest.
The films should be no more than one minute. If you can't tell a good story in that time - then forget it.
